[ENGLISH Rainbowboots I looked into the future... Sunday morning, and you're laughing in the kitchen, that's how it starts, I'm sitting in the hallway, the rainbow boots in my hand. You come with coffee, stop in the doorway right in front of me, shake your head and grin, as if you'd seen it coming. Two pairs of socks, one over the other, and I wink at you. Learned my lesson. – You pull me up off the floor. I'm already standing. You keep holding me. We could go. The sun lies on every floorboard. I kiss you once more. Tea in the thermos, something to snack on wrapped in paper, Your smile wanders to the boots and then back to me. Rainbow boots, and a day as if made for us, And every time we discover something no one's seen before us, we set off, the forest still smells of last night's rain, the universe has a pulse, I feel it when you laugh. Life's got a racing heart, and today it's running with us, two steps at a time, and it easily keeps pace with us. In the parking lot a little boy stops in front of us, and his grandma laughs and says: – „Oh, those are beautiful!" Whoever passes smiles at the boots first, then at us as we walk, I nudge you: See how they light up when they see it? Rainbow boots, and a forest made just for us, Your fingers laced in mine. It feels like the very first day, I want to get even closer, though you're already walking right beside me. the universe has a pulse, I feel it when you laugh. On the bench you look at my boots, and I can see, you're thinking of blistered heels, of getting lost without a plan, I laughed as if nothing pinched, as if nothing hurt at all, back then in June. That was the most beautiful detour we ever took. On the slope you slip on wet leaves and laugh before you even fall, you reach for me, and we both land softly in the moss, and in the second just before you hold me in your arms, I already feel your mouth on mine and fireworks go off. And I slip once more on purpose just to live that moment again. Life's got a racing heart, and today it's beating extra loud for us and everyone who grins at the colorful boots. Rainbow boots... In the evening we both snuggle deep beneath the blanket, The boots, colorful and glittering, stand against the wall, you murmur one last time: „Next Sunday, same trail", we fall asleep and even sleeping, you still hold my hand. That's how I saw it.]
