Drove for days in all kind of weather Had a destination far form here We stopped along the way To see old friends and shed a tear As we pulled in they welcomes They treated us like honoured guests Don't sleep in that motorhome Come inside, that's not a request Do you like what the help did? The cost was not overbid They took us on boat rides We even went golfing Dinner was just perfect We love you my darling Long talks about the past It felt so comfortable and pleasant Being with good friends Feels just like a present Do you like what the help did? The cost was not overbid Then the other shoe dropped First day you are an honored guest After that you are the help We have a list, so get some rest Don't over stay your welcome If you know what's best We heard the warning It was subtle, but not in jest So we kept on smiling Planning our escape You start the motorhome I'll talk of their landscape The door was open We needed to move fast One moment I was talking We really had a blast Thank you for the hospitality But we really need to go Still a long way from here Did I just hear banjo? They had that smirk It was not the first time Some guests over stay their welcome Let's just keep it divine Thanks for the good times And the lesson too Come visit us any time First day you are Honored guests Do you like what the help did? Do you like what the help did?
