"God's Plan"

Bright ambient synth pads float over crisp fingerpicked acoustic guitar, setting an inviting tone, Layered chamber textures and conga-led calypso rhythms thread through the verses, Clear, prominent male vocals glide above the mix, with pristine, vocal-forward production supporting a meditative atmosphere

[Verse 1]
The Lord directs my path ev'ry single day
He delights in my journey, lights up my way
When I don't know left from right, or where to go
He orders my steps, and His love overflows

[Chorus]
Oh, I'm walkin' in God's plan for my life
He ordered my steps and He's makin' it right
Thru ev'ry valley I know I'll survive
'Cause His hand is on me
This is God's plan for my life

[Verse 2]
Even tho I walk thru the shadow of death
Dark valleys surround me, stealin' my breath
But I fear no evil, Your presence is near
Your rod and Your staff drive away ev'ry fear

[Chorus]
I'm walkin' in God's plan for my life
(Yeah)
Up by His grace and I'm shinin' His light
No weapon formed can take away my right
'Cause He covers me daily
This is God's plan for my life
(Yeah)

[Verse 3]
No weapon formed against me shall ever stand
Ev'ry tongue that rises, falls by Your hand
I condemn ev'ry lie, ev'ry scheme of the night
Your promise protects me, I'm winnin' the fight

[Bridge]
When the road gets heavy and the night feels long
I lift up my eyes, I sing this song
Your guidance is faithful, Your protection is strong
Now I'm shinin' bright where I belong
(Shine on me Lord, let 'em see Your glory!)

[Final Chorus]
Oh, I'm walkin' in God's plan for my life
He ordered my steps and He's makin' it right
Thru ev'ry valley I know I'll survive
'Cause His hand is on me
I'm walkin' in God's plan for my life
(Yeah)
Up by His grace and I'm shinin' His light
No weapon formed can take away my right
'Cause He covers me daily
This is God's plan for my life
(Yeah. God's plan, God's plan!)

[Outro]
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord
And He delights in his way...
Yea, tho I walk thru the valley of the shadow of death
I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me...
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper
And ev'ry tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment, thou shalt condemn...
Let your light so shine before men
That they may see your good works
And glorify your Father which is in heav'n...
This is God's plan...
(God's plan for my life... yes Lord, ordered my steps, shinin' Your light, hallelujah!)
