[Verse 1] I took a step Ooh Just one step (oo-yeah!) Into the shadows Where the moonlight crept A beat so heavy It shook the ground (bam bam!) Skeletons twirling Spinning round and round [Prechorus] Ghouls in the corner Snapping their claws Monsters cheering Breaking all the laws (ha-ha!) [Chorus] Dance through the dark Yeah The music won't stop (Oh, no, it won't stop!) Spirits singing high From the bottom to the top (They go, "la-la-la!") A world so wild Where the shadows play Let’s groove all night till the break of day! [Verse 2] Ghosts in the rafters Humming a tune (hmm-hmm!) A bassline bouncing off the glowing moon Werewolves howling Harmonizing in key Even the dark things just wanna be free [Prechorus] The tambourine shakes The rhythm won’t fade A carnival of chaos A parade unmade! [Chorus] Dance through the dark Yeah The music won't stop (Oh, no, it won't stop!) Spirits singing high From the bottom to the top (They go, "la-la-la!") A world so wild Where the shadows play Let’s groove all night till the break of day!
