High Tier Blues (A WoWS Lament)

(Verse 1) I loaded up my battleship, ready for the fight, Tier X matchmaking, yeah, it keeps me up at night. A sea full of cruisers with radar to spare, And torpedoes from nowhere, like they’re pulled from thin air. (Chorus) Oh, I’ve got those high-tier blues, Where the HE rain’s endless, and my ship’s a fuse. Sniped from the horizon, can't catch a break, Just a sad, slow grind for my poor repair mate. (Verse 2) Carrier's planes are circling, like vultures overhead, My AA’s a joke, my flak’s as good as dead. I try to push the flank, but my teammates run away, "Strategic retreat," they call it—cowards, I say. (Chorus) Yeah, I’ve got those high-tier blues, A citadel hit makes me question my muse. Camping at the back, or charging in vain, High-tier games are pain, oh, they’re nothing but pain. (Bridge) The enemy Yamato’s a mile off my bow, My shells scatter wide—where they land, I don’t know how. Meanwhile, their Kremlin’s a laser-guided fiend, I hit a salvo once... it’s like a dream. (Verse 3) Every shot I fire feels like RNG’s cruel jest, The game says I’m “detected,” but who can even guess? Submarines below, their pings make me cry, They sank my last ship—guess it’s time to die. (Chorus) Oh, I’ve got those high-tier blues, Where the grind’s eternal, and I always lose. Is it skill or MM? No one has a clue, Just a salty old sailor with high-tier blues. (Outro) So I’ll queue up again, despite all the pain, For a pixelated war I can never quite tame. Raise a toast to despair, with a smirk and a sigh, 'Cause in World of Warships, you just live to die. (Fade out with the sound of distant torpedo alarms and raging teammates in chat...)
