[Intro] Well our hero Evan Burbridge, He's feeling mighty unwell. Though he’s a hell of a feller, he couldn’t get Bryce to ring his bell! [Verse] Oh he slept for two long years Lost Jetta out in the snow. And he never found that wizard! Oh where's this wandering man supposed to go? Oh he misses the ol' Burbridge gang, Just like he missed adoption. But then something catches his tearful eyes, He spies a train on the tracks, and it’s full of oxen! [Bridge] Oh this train’s carrying Oxen, Evan's eyes grow wide. He feels a strange yearning to drive them both. But first he's gotta get himself inside. [Chorus] So the young gunslinger Jumps the train! He heads fer the engine As it's chuggin’ along the high west plane. [Verse] Oh but at the smoking engine, He surprises the sleeping engineer, Who see’s day-walkin' Evan’s holster And whose mind instantly fills with fear! [Bridge] Evan wants to explain, and he pulls the gun to set it down, at the very moment, they pull into a dusty town! [Verse] Well the engineer gives a shriek And makes a lunge our hero just can’t dodge. Oh Evan's gun fires as he tries to pull away, And into the engineer’s heart… a bullet is lodged. Evan looks on with horror At what he’s accidentally done. oh oh and he turns to see, The whole town staring in shock at him and his gun. [Spoken Word] Awe shit. I'm 16, and I think I just robbed this here train.
