Thunder Shocked Beginnings

[Verse] I woke up in a lab with a spark in my tail A kid with a cap said "Let’s hit the trail" I gave him a zap Yeah A shock for free Who said friendship starts so easily? [Prechorus] He smiled I frowned He fell I stood my ground But fate had a twist Oh Look what we found [Chorus] Spearows in the sky Lightning in my veins Running through the storm Dodging all the pain Ash on his knees I couldn't let him fall Thunder shocked beginnings The greatest bond of all [Verse 2] He held me tight as the rain came down Mud in his shoes But he wore no frown The Spearows dove Wings sharp like knives I saw his heart And I chose our lives [Prechorus] He ran I stayed I sparked Skies obeyed One thundershock and the skies turned gray [Chorus] Spearows in the sky Lightning in my veins Running through the storm Dodging all the pain Ash on his knees I couldn't let him fall Thunder shocked beginnings The greatest bond of all
