Fresh 2 Def

80’s old school hip hop rap style with vinyl scratches boom bap

Hey how you doing, you waiting for my mixtape
It’s ganna be awhile, been writing for least 6 days
Doing this for free, and I ain’t finna get paid
Less I go to record labels and threaten with a switch blade

And pull a fricken ice cube
But I’m just a nice dude
Until I make ‘em put it on Spotify and iTunes
But don’t say that I’m rude
I’m always In a kind mood
Been doing this since ever since I graduated high school

First song Charlie sheen, last song break the record
Went from a crew to solo, just tryna make an effort
Everybody wait a second, supposed to talk conceited
My ego took a fall, now I’m feeling all defeated.

Yes I feel mistreated, now start to feel humble
And feeling a little lazy, maybe I’ma start to mumble
Blah blah blah. Naw this ain’t working.
Ima leave it to the lean rappers.
Yeah that’s for certain cuz I’m fresh!

If you know what I mean
Ever since 19, always wanted nice things
Like a 80 wide screen
Caddlic CTS with bright high beams
Paint job on the hood and I’m talking ice cream

And Lincoln Navigator inside alligator
With a bag of papers and I kept on asking favors
It was 31 baskin flavors. Callin activators
Packed with haters, seeing through them like frickin laminators.

So then and there, that’s when I tried to stay FRESH
One step ahead like I tried to play chess
But I was playing myself.
Music straight to the shelf
Started staying low key, and had to roll stealth.

Cuz I had slow wealth and very low health
Only to find out that was little to no help
But it’s all good, cuz I trusted in God
He kept me from sinking when times were hard
And I’m stayed Fresh!

This the last verse so I gotta go hard
But this beat is chill so I’m a little off guard
But it’s a brand new mix, that I spit with two lips
A cross between cool kids and the tribes q tip

Not a nuisance, but had to leave the pen
There’s asking who’s this, come on it’s DJN
Like a millennial fresh prince, dougie fresh
Investments, 2k Mannie fresh In attendance
check this…..FRESH
