TRUST IN HIM [Verse 1] When the road is hard to see, And the night surrounds me, I will lift my eyes above, To the One who gives me love. When my heart begins to fear, I will know that You are near, Though I cannot see the way, I will trust You every day. [Pre-Chorus] I don't need to understand, I just need to hold Your hand. [Chorus] I will trust in Him, Trust in Him forever, Through the storm and through the rain, He will never leave me. I will trust in Him, My Redeemer, my King, When I place my life in You, I know You will see me through. [Verse 2] When the answers don't appear, And tomorrow feels unclear, You are faithful, You are true, Every promise comes from You. When I stumble, when I fall, You are there to hear my call, Your amazing grace remains, You can turn my tears to praise. [Bridge] Even when I cannot see, You are working faithfully. Even when the mountains rise, You are with me through the night. I surrender all my plans, I surrender all my fears, Jesus, You are all I need, You will lead me faithfully. [Final Chorus] I will trust in Him, Trust in Him forever, Through the fire and through the rain, He will hold me closer. I will trust in Him, My Redeemer, my King, With my heart, my soul, my life, I will trust in Him. [Outro] I will trust... I will trust in Him. Yesterday, today, forever, I will trust in Him.
