[Chorus] We need the reminder of God's goodness to be in our heart's binder; he's the essence of perfectness. [Verse 1] The devil is at work and would like to work through any means; but so is God at work, while we wrestle against the unseen. [Chorus] We need the reminder of God's goodness to be in our heart's binder; he's the essence of perfectness. [Verse 2] If we trust in God, then he will act. Know that, as a sure, reliable, fact. If we trust in God, then he will act. We need not fear the enemy's attack. [Chorus] We need the reminder of God's goodness to be in our heart's binder; he's the essence of perfectness. [Verse 3] Thank you Lord Jesus; Thank you Father God; and thank you Holy Spirit. You are One, yes one, praises are to you with these lyrics! [Chorus] We need the reminder of God's goodness to be in our heart's binder; he's the essence of perfectness. [Verse 4] Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me; praise him, oh, extol; for with him, I am free. [Chorus] We need the reminder of God's goodness to be in our heart's binder; he's the essence of perfectness. [Outro] Amen, hallelujah. Amen, hallelujah.
