Lord, cleanse my heart, make me pure in Your sight, Take away malice, deceit, and my pride. Let no hypocrisy, envy remain, Fill me with love, let my soul be reclaimed. Oh, I lay down every weight, every sin, Longing for You, Lord, come dwell deep within. Like a newborn, I hunger for Your Word, Pure and holy, let my heart be stirred. Speak Your truth, Lord, I long to grow, More like Jesus, in grace overflow. Your Word is life, it’s my refuge and light, Guiding my steps in the darkest of nights. I have tasted and seen You are good, Your mercy flows like a river of truth. Oh, let me thirst for righteousness, Let me hunger for holiness. More of You and less of me, Till Your glory is all I see. Like a newborn, I hunger for Your Word, Pure and holy, let my heart be stirred. Speak Your truth, Lord, I long to grow, More like Jesus, in grace overflow. Yes, I have tasted, I know You are good, Forever I stand on Your promises, Lord.
