[Intro] (warm talkbox hum, vinyl crackle) (it never reads the code...) [Verse 1] Agent's grabbing refund when the customer wants a swap, you blame the logic underneath — but that ain't where to stop. The model never opened up a single line you wrote, it read a name, a schema, and a sentence. That's the vote. [Pre-Chorus] (build) So if the choice came out wrong, the prose was wrong all along — [Chorus] (drop, talkbox) The description is the interface, name and schema and the words — that's all the model sees. (that's all it sees) The description is the interface, write it wrong, it picks it wrong, no fix downstream can please. [Verse 2] Answer five plain questions and you write it like a pro: what it does, when to call it, and the times you let it go, what comes back, what goes in — but the heavy lifter's clear: the "do not use this for" is what keeps the misfire out of here. [Verse - Rap] (half-time, smooth) Selection rides on name plus description plus the schema, nothing more, the implementation's invisible — stub or thousand-line core. Two tools overlap their wording? Now it misroutes, picks the twin, so make 'em mutually exclusive, draw the line of out-and-in. Order of repair, and you reach the cheapest tier: descriptions, then you scope it, then the prompt, then few-shot's rear. Watch the keyword collision — prompt says "research the account" next to research_knowledge_base, biased pull, that's the amount. Don't get sterner, get distinct: reword the prompt or rename the call, prefix github_ , slack_ , keep 'em crisp across the wall. A classifier's just a second thing to feed the same vague signs — the cure was one clean sentence, not a router and new lines. [Chorus] (drop, talkbox) The description is the interface, name and schema and the words — that's all the model sees. (that's all it sees) The description is the interface, write it wrong, it picks it wrong, no fix downstream can please. [Bridge] (half-time, sparse) Now keep your layers straight, 'cause two failures wear a mask: wrong tool from the ones it has — description does the task. But a tool it should not hold at all? You scope that thing away. Reword when you should scope it, and you've thrown the marks away. [Final Chorus] (full drop, gang talkbox) The description is the interface! (hey!) name and schema and the words — that's all the model sees. (all it sees!) The description is the interface, match the fix to how it broke, the cheapest right one frees.
