AILIN MELME | [#TheTavern]
AILIN MELME _______________________________ | by @princessakikoheartfield | Original lyrics without AI _______________________________ Hi everyone, I hope U all doing great ! 💕 This is my 2nd contribution to the @Gibeligob #TheTavern project. It is a project open to everyone do not hesitate to leave a comment on the page of his project to have the details. Let's start the journey with us and let's enlarge the town ! https://suno.com/song/0805eaf2-6855-47ff-9d7c-fa41dcc13f47 Tales from the Tinkertune Tavern playlist : https://suno.com/playlist/b078426b-4659-4f35-87f3-66635ebbf7bc Being an adaptation of role-playing games I had to put my imagination at the service of this project! 🎲 I wanted to create a prequel to this music, focusing a bit more on Lucilla’s parents. My goal for this piece was to create a kind of legend that spans the ages and tells the tragic fate of Lydia and Ehluna. Since the plot takes place in an Elven city, I wanted to use an Elvish language for this story. (Unfortunately for me, this doesn’t exist in Baldur's Gate 3, or at least it's not developed enough to create a coherent text)! So, I was inspired by a film I love: "The Lord of the Rings" by Peter Jackson, an adaptation of the novel by J.R.R. Tolkien. The Elvish language in it is more developed, particularly "Quenya." It remains an abstract language because it's incomplete and, above all, imaginary. I did my best with the resources I had available to translate my text as faithfully as possible. I was also inspired by the music "The Shire" by composer Howard Shore, which I love to listen to when I want to relax a bit 💕 "AILIN MELME" can be interpreted as "Light of Love." It echoes the light (the child born of love) and the tragedy of exile, while carrying a touch of hope that precedes Lucilla's story. (Lucilla mean "light" so it’s a great wink too) _______________________________ "The Tinkertune Tavern" is a lively, whimsical anthem that invites listeners into a magical world where music, mischief, and magic exists. Set in a bustling fantasy town, the song tells the story of Gibeligob, the charismatic goblin owner of The Tinkertune Tavern, and a diverse cast of characters who bring the tavern to life." _______________________________ As a reminder there is the character description of Lucilla U can go to my previous song : https://suno.com/song/4d65725d-3ffd-4cf9-8ba9-31c7b3243c92 Lucilla's Tales playlist: https://suno.com/playlist/c269f7de-15c3-45d0-bf10-df430a4a5d40 Enjoy listening friend ! 💕 _______________________________ Ilya aldaron, ar linta ëar, Lóte alassë, ar órenyallo. Ehluna and Lydia, in a breath of eternity, They were bound, like the stars, in their light. In Thylenore, the city of song and light, Lydia, the queen, unmatched among the Elves, Ehluna, the Elf, arrived and submitted, Under the silver star, an endless joy was born. May Lydia be blessed, She bearing the child, the light of dawn, A love so pure, yet cast out, Without remorse, without regard, without mercy granted. May the light fade, may shadow be her fate. May the spirit of the Elves, without pity, pursue her, And may she find peace in the lost love. The High Elves, in their cold and severe wisdom, Drove Lydia away, without pity, without light, Ehluna, devastated, his heart broken, His duty as a guardian kept him from finding her. In the night, her breath faded, But in her arms, hope persisted, The child of love, a flame extinguished, But whose light still lived in the soul. Thus Lucilla will grow, heir to the fate, Carrying the burden of a dead love, In her heart, the echo of shadows past, Lydia and Ehluna, their love enduring, Carved in the stars, eternity in the wind. _______________________________

the lyrics are so epic and tragic, but the music keeps it from being too heavy. it's a perfect balance. ❤️❤️👏🏻
Akiko 5w ago
Hi 裴芸! Thank you so much for your thoughtful analysis and kind words! 💫 I'm so happy that the balance between the lyrics and the music touched you. It's exactly what I was trying to create: a strong emotion without it being too heavy. Your appreciation means a lot to me, and I'm really glad it resonated with you. You know, I never thought of making songs in legitimate fantasy languages. I once made something in a made-up language that was just basically designed to sound cool, and had no meaning lol.
This is amazing, Akiko, lovely work here!
I should think of making something in a fantasy language. 🤔
Akiko 5w ago
Oh la la, my friend The Jester! If you only knew how happy I am to see you here! Thank you for noticing my work on this piece and also for enjoying it! I think you should try! And then it's a bit your fantasy universe too, I'm sure you'll be able to do something very nice in legitimate fantasy languages, if you do it, be sure that I'll be there to listen to it! 🤗 Like always 💕

Gentle, sweet and magical. The music is so melodic and evocative and the vocals are flowing and expressive. Your song “Lucilla” (#TheTavern🏠) is lovely, and it’s nice to discover her back story through the detailed notes. The Elvish lyrics are pretty and evocative and the song production notes about writing the lyrics are informative and interesting.

Hi BlueSkyDreamers! Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words! 💖 I'm so happy that you enjoyed Lucilla's parents story and that the music and voices were able to transport you. Your compliments motivate me so much to keep creating! Thanks again for your support and beautiful analysis! 💕

Although I'd never heard this language before, your Elvish flowed so naturally that it felt as if it had always existed. Akiko, your careful crafting of this fictional language gave genuine depth to your storytelling. The seamless blend of your lyrics and music truly drew me into an ancient, enchanting tale. Beautifully done. 🌱
Akiko 5w ago
Hi AriteAL ! I made sure to make it really a fluid and melodious maximum to the ear so that even if it wasn't understood it could be felt. Once again I love reading your comments always full of meaning and wit! Thank you so much for all the compliments! I try to push myself every day in the creation of music to delight you 🤗💕

Dear Akiko💕This is a great experiment❣I never imagined to create a song in a fictional language. 🌸The flute is melancholy and the melody is sad, but the vocals are powerful and hopeful. 💕Great song. 👍
Akiko 5w ago
Dear 桜子!🌸 Thank you so much for the compliments on my song! I'm so happy to see that this language experience was a success! You managed to capture the essence of the music with the instrumentation but also the voice, there is hope! In any case, for Lucilla! 💕

You really went and did it. This worldbuilding keeps expanding, and I’m soaking in everything you’re weaving. It carries the intricacies of ME, the imagery of Faerûn, but brought to life through your unique style. I’m starting to wonder ,are you heading down the path of Tolkien? Creating your own language blending FR, CZ, JP, and EN? Maybe it’s turning into a high-fantasy version of Cityspeak from Blade Runner! You’ve crafted a deeply tragic tale, yet at its heart, there’s an everlasting love.
Akiko 5w ago
Hi Z-Money! Thank you for your comment and also for your listening! I'm so glad you like this music! And well, I don't know if you read the description (I know I can be talkative, so it's okay if you didn't read it), but it's actually Quenya, one of the languages used in Tolkien's universe! (Maybe I’ll invent an imaginary language one day, but not just yet!) It's an interesting reference to Blade Runner! Maybe I should make a story in a cyberpunk world? Something to think about! Take care ! 💕

🍃💫✨Nai elen siluva lyenna!✨🍃💕

My dear Akiko, what a beautiful song!! 🌸And it´s such a touching story...! Love that you used Tolkien´s Elvish language! I have wanted to make some songs in elvish for a while but still haven´t created the character for it. I have done it with High Valyrian though... I will create that character in some moment. Thank you for this beautiful gift with the story of Lucilla´s parents! 🌸 Have a wonderful weekend my friend!
Akiko 5w ago
My dear Vivi! Thank you for listening to this music so carefully! You really make me happy! I had this idea to vary the pleasures and also because it was a good part of the fact that is the elf story! I like to surprise you with new things! I can't wait to see your character! And above all to listen to what a marvel you will give us to listen! I'm sure it will be epic! 🔥 Thank you for your support and I also wish you a wonderful weekend my friend ! 💕

Yes! Never happened. I'll deny.). Bravo✨
Akiko 5w ago
Salut Lux !

Side note: (Condensed background notes, since nice to know): “Since the plot takes place in an Elven city, I wanted to use an Elvish language. The Elvish in ‘Baldur's Gate 3’ is not developed enough to create a coherent text. I love ‘The Lord of the Rings,’ based on the novel by J.R.R. Tolkien. The Elvish language in the film is more developed, particularly ‘Quenya.’ The Elvish is incomplete - and imaginary. I did my best to translate my text as faithfully as possible."🧝
