[Verse] In the darkest night When all seems lost Faith will be your guide Love the cost Close your eyes See the signs above Feel the holy touch The hand of love [Verse 2] When the stormy skies rain troubles down Listen to the whispers Let them drown Every fear Every doubt in your soul Let belief take charge Make you whole [Chorus] God's got a plan Just take His hand He'll change your world Help you stand Trust in Him Let go of fear Miracles come when He is near [Verse 3] When shadows loom and hope seems thin Lift your heart Let His light in Every prayer Every tear you've shed Will bring you strength Lift you from dread [Chorus] God's got a plan Just take His hand He'll change your world Help you stand Trust in Him Let go of fear Miracles come when He is near [Bridge] His love won't fail It's fierce and bright Through the darkest vale He brings you light Every step you take He's leading you With His grace Your dreams come true
