[Spoken Introduction] Remember those who lead among you, those who spoke God’s word. May we keep their faithful example close, and walk together in peace. [Verse 1] When a task is given, let each heart know its part, With a steady hand and a willing heart. Good news carried far, from door to door, So hope may reach every shore. [Pre-Chorus] Not confusion, but a clear and caring way, Each one serving, day by day. [Chorus] We remember those who lead with care, Who taught the word and helped us persevere. Side by side, with faith made strong, We keep moving forward, growing all along. With humble hearts and purpose true, We do the work we’re called to do. [Verse 2] In the early days, trusted elders took their place, Offering guidance with patience and grace. From Jerusalem, wise counsel traveled on, And the congregations grew strong. [Pre-Chorus] Every choice could help the brothers stand, Faith taking root across the land. [Chorus] We remember those who lead with care, Who taught the word and helped us persevere. Side by side, with faith made strong, We keep moving forward, growing all along. With humble hearts and purpose true, We do the work we’re called to do. [Instrumental Interlude] [Bridge] A shared direction, a patient voice, A thoughtful path, a willing choice. When each serves with love and trust, The work bears fruit, as it must. [Final Chorus] We remember those who lead with care, Who taught the word and helped us persevere. Side by side, with faith made strong, We keep moving forward, growing all along. With humble hearts and purpose true, We do the work we’re called to do. [Outro] We grow in faith, together, day by day.
