[INTRO – SOFT, SOULFUL] My Lord... Mmmmm... My God... You prepared a table just for me. Right in the presence of my enemies. Ohhhh... Look what the Lord has done! [VERSE 1] My Lord, You prepared a table for me, Right in the presence of my enemies. You anointed my head, my cup overflows, You brought me from the shadows, Now Your glory shows. When they thought that I was finished, You were working out Your plan. When they thought that I was falling, You were holding my hand. [VERSE 2] I won't pay back, I won't act like that, Won't throw stone for stone, Noooo, I'm better than that! I'm gonna love them, pray and bless, Let God handle all the rest. My amen means YES! Lord, You already took care of that! [CHORUS – POWERFUL] My Lord! My God! Prepared a table for me! Right in the presence of my enemies! You have anointed me, My blessings overflow! You brought me from the shadows, Now Your favor shows! And everybody can see... What You've done for me! [VERSE 3 – TESTIMONY] They didn't see the tears I cried, Didn't know the pain inside. They didn't see me on my knees, Calling, "Lord, remember me!" But while they were talking, Lord, You were walking Right beside me all the way. And now I'm standing here today! [BRIDGE – BUILDING INTENSITY] Now all of them can see! The ones who said I'd never be nothing! Said I'd never make it, Said I'd never be free! But look at me now! God's favor is flowing! All over! All over! ALL OVER ME! [CHORUS – BIG CHOIR] My God! My King! Prepared a table for me! Right in the presence of my enemies! You have anointed me! My blessings overflow! You brought me from the shadows, So the whole world would know! It wasn't my power! It wasn't my might! It was Your grace That brought me into the light! [VAMP – CHOIR AND LEAD] LEAD: He prepared a table! CHOIR: Just for me! LEAD: In the presence! CHOIR: Of my enemies! LEAD: He anointed me! CHOIR: With His favor! LEAD: My cup is running!
