[Verse 1] The frost has melted, the earth’s shining bright, Green buds are blooming in warm golden light. The robins sing sweetly, their joyful refrain, Spring’s here with Easter, washing winter’s pain. [Verse 2] Like petals unfolding, our hearts soar anew, The tomb is empty, Christ’s promise breaks through. God’s love is a fountain, forever it flows, Through Jesus, He raised us, His mercy glows. [Chorus] Oh, Easter is dawning, let the glad bells ring! New life in the springtime, His praises we sing! He saved us, He raised us, with glory divine, In Jesus we’re shining, His light is our sign! [Verse 3] See creation sparkle, in colors so grand, Each flower’s a whisper from God’s loving hand. The breeze tells His story, of hope ever near, With Christ in our hearts, we have nothing to fear. [Chorus] Oh, Easter is dawning, let the glad bells ring! New life in the springtime, His praises we sing! He saved us, He raised us, with glory divine, In Jesus we’re shining, His light is our sign! [Bridge] No chains can bind us, the darkness is gone, Christ conquered the grave with the break of the dawn! We dance in His freedom, our spirits take flight, Alive in His love, we’re bathed in His light! [Chorus] Oh, Easter is dawning, let the glad bells ring! New life in the springtime, His praises we sing! He saved us, He raised us, with glory divine, In Jesus we’re shining, His light is our sign! [Outro] Sing hallelujah, the victory’s won! With springtime and Jesus, new life has begun! Raise your voice high, let the heavens resound, In Christ’s holy love, our joy knows no bound!
