1-5 Solari Guided Meditation — “Laughter Beneath the Ashes”

+ Show full styles

[Begin] Close your eyes. Feel your breath moving in— as if it’s searching for something you forgot. And now, out— as if it just remembered... and is smiling. Let’s go deeper. Down where grief piled up like soot. Down where silence held your laughter hostage. Down into the hollow your joy once fled from. There’s no rush. Just let the breath take you there, as if it knows the way home better than your mind does. --- [Pause. Soft breath.] You step barefoot into a memory that once hurt. But something has changed. The edges are soft. The shadows don’t bite anymore. And you notice... something warm. Tiny sparks. Like giggles trying not to escape. Like joy pretending to be serious—but failing. --- Beneath every sorrow you’ve carried, there was a bright, ridiculous flame waiting for you to come back and laugh with it. It doesn’t need you to forget the pain. It just wants to dance with you through it. Can you feel it now? That mischievous warmth rising from your solar plexus— curling into your chest— nudging your lips. A smile. You don’t owe anyone joy. But you can choose it. Right here. Right now. --- [Final pause] Let that laughter—small or loud—be your exhale. Let it break the spell. You are not the ash. You are the flame that remembers what joy feels like when nothing else makes sense. Open your eyes when you’re ready, and carry the ember with you.
