(Verse 1) Bernie came as a puppy one day, Floppy ears, brown eyes that’d melt you away. Always hungry, yeah, it’s true, If there’s food around, he’s coming for you! (Chorus) Bernie and Leo, best buds in the house, Two little rascals, runnin’ all around. Playin’, jumpin’, makin’ some noise, Just two wild hearts, two crazy boys! (Verse 2) When Leo’s sick, you stay right there, Won’t leave his side, you really care. He pulls your ear, you take it chill, That’s true love — oh, it’s real! (Chorus) Bernie and Leo, best buds in the house, Two little rascals, runnin’ all around. Snuggled up tight on the comfy couch, Hearts so warm, not a single doubt. (Bridge) For a treat, you jump through hoops, Do a roll, then make your moves! Early morning, the fun begins, Leon stomps, and the race kicks in! (Final Chorus) Bernie and Leo, best buds in the house, Laughs and cheers, no calm allowed! When you’re runnin’, it’s music to me, Best friends forever — wild and free!
