Counterweight

🧡 𝐙𝐀𝐑𝐐'𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐠 While playing my favorite game, Dragon Age, I faced a moment where the life or death of a companion depended on my choice. In that instant, I found myself deep in thought. Each of us carries a world called “me.” That world changes little by little with every choice we make. Yet the world around us constantly tries to shake us in countless ways. In the end, I realized that we need a counterweight of belief to keep our center steady in this vast world called life. ──────── Life is a series of endless choices The weight of one choice, the power to change the world "Do I really have that kind of strength?" That's what people often misunderstand But I can say this for certain A choice of your own changes the world Not the vast world out there But the very world that is 'me' Every life has its own world, its own view Held up by a single, solid belief Unshaken by the words of anyone The strength to push for what I know is right That choice is what will change the world that is 'me' Of course, a belief like that is endlessly shaken It's bound to face all kinds of storms But in the end, it's what holds your center It's just the counterweight of life Everything I decide It sets my direction, it changes me And even if it seems so small It ripples out to the world around me And just like that, based on my choice The world does change The world that is 'me'. ──────── 𝐙𝐀𝐑𝐐 | suno.com/@zarq Lyrics, Music and Arrangement: © 2025 ZARQ. © 2025 ZARQ.
