Every word the prophets spoke Every covenant God keeps From Genesis to Malachi The promises run deep, The Lion and the Lamb as one Messiah, long-awaited King He is the answer to it all All praise to Him we sing. Every word, every sign Written before the hands of time From Bethlehem to Calvary’s tree The prophecies met their destiny Hope fulfilled, the veil now torn Through Him alone, we are reborn. Daniel’s timeline pointed to the day Psalms foretold His suffering in every way The light to all the nations, salvation’s door Israel’s hope and promise, forevermore. Micah named the town, Isaiah saw the child Zechariah saw Him coming, humble, meek and mild The Psalms foretold His suffering, His resurrection too Every thread of prophecy revealed the Holy One so true. Every word, every sign Written before the hands of time From Bethlehem to Calvary’s tree The prophecies met their destiny Hope fulfilled, the veil now torn Through Him alone, we are reborn.
