Just temporarily include the event info somewhere in your song and set up the hashtag (#TrickOrTreat) in your song title until Nov. 1.
Then just have fun finding new songs (marked #TrickOrTreat), visiting others/commenting, and giving out/collecting candy.

[Misc. notes]

* The lyrics are just mentions of candy/chocolates from around the world.
* Suno choked on some of the pronunciations (and it gave up completely with "Ptasie Mleczko") but you get the gist.

[Misc. event notes]

* Can mention your Halloween song title here in comments.
* Can change your song title back to the original after November 1.
* Can hand out fruit, pretzels, vampire bats, yo-yos, robot toys or toy cars, even ramen packets (Ramenween, it's a thing) instead of candy. Just don't leave visitors empty-handed when they visit to drop some love on your awesome Halloween track.
* You don't have to write a new song to take part. You only have to have tag one of your Halloween songs temporarily (until Nov. 1) with #TrickOrTreat🧺.
