My Rooster Friend (Freddy)🐓

Author lyrics: Mikike67 Kukuruku kukuruku kukurrrrrrruku Kukuruku kukuruku kukurrrrrrruku Kukuruku kukuruku kukurrrrrrruku Kukuruku kukuruku kukurrrrrrruku My rooster buddy woke me up, shouting, "Time to work today!" It's only four o'clock, my friend, I'd rather sleep than run away. The morning sun begins to shine, what a lovely golden view, And somehow all your crowing now sounds like music breaking through. Kukuruku kukuruku kukurrrrrrruku Kukuruku kukuruku kukurrrrrrruku I've got a bottle of fine red wine to give my friend dear Lída today. You keep on running far from me because you won't end up that way. You forgot it's Saturday—you should have let me dream some more. Relax, my friend, don't be afraid, I'm not the one you're running for. Chorus Kokokokokoko, kukurukukku, you're my rooster, don't you see? Every morning much too early, you keep singing just for me. Go across the garden fence and wake the neighbors down the street. Then you'd better run like lightning, or you'll end up someone's treat! Kokokokokoko, kukurukukku, you're my rooster, wild and free. Every morning much too early, you're the funniest friend to me. Go across the garden fence and wake the neighbors down the street. Then you'd better run like lightning, or you'll end up someone's treat! Kukuruku kukuruku kukurrrrrrruku Kukuruku kukuruku kukurrrrrrruku Kukuruku kukuruku kukurrrrrrruku Kukuruku kukuruku kukurrrrrrruku Back in our old village, near the little country bar, Roosters fought for glory, leaving battle wounds and scars. Don't you worry, Freddy, I'm just dressing you in style, Let the hens all fall in love and make them smile awhile. Sometimes Polly starts to chase, and Nusika joins the game, Stand up tall and don't surrender, you're no bird that's tame. Freddy, you're a family member, one of us each day, You're my feathered little buddy, and you're here to stay. Chorus Kokokokokoko, kukurukukku, you're my rooster, proud and free, Every morning way too early, singing happily to me. Go wake up the neighbors now, let them hear your melody, Then go racing through the garden, save yourself and don't be tea! Kokokokokoko, kukurukukku, you're my funniest best mate, Every sunrise starts with laughter, even if it's much too late. Go wake up the neighbors now before they fall asleep, Run, my Freddy, run much faster—your feathers you should keep! Outro Freddy, Polly, Nusika—what a crazy, happy crew! Every day's an adventure when I'm spending it with you. Kukuruku! Woof woof woof! Meow meow meow! Hooray! Life is good, keep smiling brightly, have a lovely day! Kukuruku!
