We Don't Care (Yellow Brick Mix)

[Intro] (Bouncy pizzicato strings and whimsical xylophone) (High-pitched, synchronized ensemble voices giggling) (Playful glockenspiel run) [Verse 1: The Scarecrow] (Clumsy, off-beat tuba and sliding whistle) In the cornstalks by the yellow brick, I'm sagging like a rumor! I haven't got a single brain, my straw is losing humor! I hopped down from the wooden pole, you helped me make a scene, Now we're stumbling down the road to meet the great unseen! [Pre-Chorus] (Tempo slows slightly, dramatic woodwind swell) One step, two step, tiptoe near, Lips say “no,” but we have no fear! Hands up, heart out, we confess, If this is naughty, we care less! [Chorus] (Full orchestral swell, bright brass, joyous high-pitched choir) We are dizzy in your stare! We are trouble, we don’t care! You have promised, no regrets! Say our names, keep us there! We will walk upon your step! We will follow every breath! You're the only one who can, Say our names, keep us there! [Verse 2: The Tin Man] (Metallic clanking percussion, stiff rhythmic woodblocks) Silver chest reflections, we don’t need no introductions! I rust in fuzzy chaos, you translate it to instructions! Your oil can's a shortcut to a pulse I shouldn't know, But I love the heavy ticking when you finally let it go! [Verse 3: The Cowardly Lion] (Trembling upright bass, nervous shaky vocal delivery) Creeping through the forest dark, I’m shaking like a flower! I roar to try to hide my fright, I haven't got the power! I came out here to disappear, you pulled my trembling tail, Now we’re marching up the path to face the wizard's trail! [Bridge: The Wicked Witch] (Sudden minor key shift, dark ominous brass, a loud crack of thunder) (Snarling, cackling villainous vocal delivery) Dizzy, easy, watch them drop! My flying monkeys never stop! Give me those ruby shoes to wear, I'll melt before I leave you there! [Guitar Solo] (Frantic, theatrical orchestral chase sequence) (Swirling strings mimicking a tornado) [Chorus] (Triumphant major key return, booming timpani, squeaky chorus overpowers the dark strings) We are dizzy in your stare! We are trouble, we don’t care! You have promised, no regrets! Say our names, keep us there! We will walk upon your step! We will follow every breath! You're the only one who can, Say our names, keep us there! [Outro] (Fading xylophone, a distant cackle fading into cheerful munchkin giggles) Say our names... Keep us there! (A magical wind chime and sweeping harp glissando)
