For too long I’ve been wandering, For too long I’ve been waiting, For too long I’ve been trying To find a way For too long I’ve been searching For too long I’ve been seeking For too long I’ve been looking For the truth For too long I’ve been fighting For too long I’ve been resisting For too long I’ve been denying All the questions For too long I’ve been denying For too long I’ve been lying For too long I’ve been deceiving Myself of all the answers For too long I’ve been tripping For too long l’ve been falling For too long I’ve been failing To follow YOU Only You, Jesus are the way Only You, Jesus are the truth Only You Jesus are the answer Only You Jesus I should follow. You hold me in your arms The ones that hung at Calvary Embrace me with Your love That heals a thousand wounds You lead me in to righteousness For Your name’s sake And guide me in my life To take the path you take. How can I deny You How can I forsake You How can I take the ways of man How can I fail to see You crucified Crucified for me Help me to follow after You Will all my heart and soul and mind Forsake all before me Surrender and bow my knee Help me to live a life that matters A life that reflects You A closeness to the Father Unshakeable and true Help me to walk in obedience Serving only You Trusting You in everything And anything I do To be who You created And not my own rendition I want to be Your disciple Honour and worship YOU
