The only thing that remains clear in his fractured mind is his daughter — her face, her laugh, her hand — and the healer he must reach. As the hours pass, hallucinations of her walking beside him become indistinguishable from reality. He follows her voice toward a village that may not be there. The final chorus dissolves mid-sentence. There is no acceptance, no peace, no resolution. Just silence.
