[Verse 1] Let me tell you 'bout a lad named Jack He had the biggest craving for his fave snack, He took to the road with guitar and backpack, To the rat pack land where his snack's at [Chorus] Lets go somewhere We never been With toffee bonbons Strawberry sunbeams Lets do something I'll let you in on my ploy We'll get something Like Love and Almond Joy [Verse 2] He was buskin on the corner of the street side With a hope and a plan to hitch a car ride To take him to Chattahoochee's west side With pride, he'll slide where the factory resides [Chorus] Lets go somewhere We never been With apple caramels And purple jellybeans Lets do something You'll be my decoy We'll get something Like Love and Almond Joy [Verse 3] With a finesse, a crowbar and pantyhose mask Jack climbed to the window, and fell through the glass Rolled off the ledge, to the floor, where his pace slowed Pigeon-toed, he strode, he's only gone and found the motherlode [Chorus] Lets go somewhere We never been With chocolate kisses For my hopes and dream Lets do something I'll be your loverboy We'll get something Like Love and Almond Joy [Instrumental] [Chorus] Lets go somewhere We never been With chocolate kisses For my hopes and dream Lets do something I'll be your Almond cowboy We'll get something Like Love and Almond Joy [Outro] We got that Almond Joy tonight, baby!
