Midnight in the Castle

I sneaked into the castle deep Past watchful eyes that never sleep In shadows dark where whispers play I found my goal and stole the day Steps so silent like a ghost Through corridors where shadows boast Avoiding gates where sharp eyes wait I danced unnoticed Tempting fate Oh oh The night's our secret song Where right and wrong don't belong Oh oh A shadow's deadly game A whisper lost Forgotten name The crown of gold within my sight A glinting prize on moonlit night With steady hand I claim my stake A breathless moment hearts that break In final echoes Silence falls The castle listens Hears my calls A life now gone The job is done Underneath the midnight sun Oh oh The night's our secret song Where right and wrong don't belong Oh oh A shadow's deadly game A whisper lost Forgotten name
