(ain’t sitting right) [Verse 2 – lead] You gave me rides and dinners, even bailed me out of jams You bought my steaks at fella night, my tacos and my hams I swear I mean to pay you back, I just forget the day And I’m thankful for your friendship In that everlasting way [Verse 2 – background] (does he ever plan to pay?) (he’s been dodging since ’08) [Chorus – all] I never have to pay, fellas! (never pay!) You always cover me! (cover me!) I said “I’m Dail Milton!” (Milton!) Like a walking subsidy! Saying “maybe once in twenty years He could pick up the slack!” (pick up the slack) [Bridge – chant, printed four times] He’s our guy! (he’s our guy!) But he never pays! (never pays!) He’s our guy!
