The Tale of Room 213 ft. Hollow Sermon

V6-WILD

They say Room two one three has sat empty for years, but the key still hangs on the rack. And when the storms roll in at night, it draws in lost souls who never come back. Tonight... is the tale of one such man. The storm blew in with a terrible wind, he shook off the rain as he stumbled in. He asked for a room, the clerk said, “NONE REMAIN,” then lightning struck and lit the keys again. One brass tag hung, untouched, unseen, the number carved was two one three. He reached for it fast as the clerk turned away, and the grip of that key sealed his fate...that...day. Room two one three... where the walls still breathe. Room two one three... no one ever leaves. The door swung wide, the air bitter cold, the kind of chill that gnaws at your bones. The bed was pressed where no one lay, in the shape of a body that had not gone away. Footprints dragged across the floor, though he knew he had chained and locked the door. The radiator bellowed like dying groans then came a whisper in another’s tone. He turned to the glass in its broken frame, and the mirror sighed when it SPOKE his name. A woman’s eyes stared STRAIGHT through him, her smile grew wicked as the room grew dim. Two one three... two one three... It’s calling me... calling me... Two one three... two one three... You’ll never leave... never leave... The glass grew dark, but her voice was clear. I’m already here... Her reflection moved as their faces blurred. “Through your lips, it’s my voice heard...” He TRIED to RUN, but his legs stayed still. “It’s too late. You will bend to my will.” Her hand reached out, he tried to SCREAM. “Don’t resist.... you belong to me.....” Room two one three... where the walls still breathe. Room two one three... no one EVER leaves. Two one three... you belong to me. Two one three... ETERNALLY. The storm rolled on, and the night grew long. The key returned right where it belonged. The clerk knew the score. He knew the scene. Another soul now belonged to Room... TWO...ONE...THREE. (Room two one three... no one ever leaves....)
