Please God, I'm in need of comfort. my troubles are so grim. The pain that surrounds me brings me to tears again. I know you are there. I know that you care. But sometimes I feel silence and wonder where you are. Please God, Help me. I'm down on my knees. My pleading heart surrenders and want it all to cease. Please God Help me! I beg you from my pit -I wish that I could see you and know that you exist. [pause] [Play interlude music -with desperation and then a calmness] Then suddenly you come running, and grab me up to stand. And let me know with calmness that this is in my plan. Yet, somehow you have a way of showing me once more -that you have a warming heart and your mercies fill my soul. Your spirit is healing it calms my troubled heart. I am grateful for your presence. I am grateful you don't part. Please God help me! I want you to be near. I'm sorry that I ask again, for help to show its hand. But with your tender sweetness, you surround me with your love. And from your embrace I remember to trust in your plan.
