I thought a lot about change and autumn storms and tried to connect that to a theme. What emerged was a major life change: the breakup of a long-term relationship. Basically, the protagonist canโt quite come to terms with the breakup yet: at first, he doesnโt know how to feel, then he has an outburst of anger, and in the chorus, he finally lets his emotions all come pouring out. I then wrapped it all up in an autumnal and stormy atmosphere. โ๏ธThis time, it wasn't that hard to find the sound I was looking for. Since I wanted to create a stormy atmosphere, I envisioned a cold, epic anthem with fast, piercing drums. That's why there are so many โexcessiveโ double-bass kicks in the pre-chorus and chorus. Admittedly, it took a few tries, because Suno doesnโt like those fast, continuous drums when theyโre supposed to be in the chorus, since metalcore often features hyper-anthemic and epic choruses, which is more or less typical for the genre. But after a few experiments, I managed to pull it off. I think Iโm slowly finding a good workflow and a good prompt blueprint for SUNO V6.
