Lira Vale of the Tinkertune (Remastered) #TheTavern
Name: Lira Vale Race: Half-Fae, Half-Mortal Age: Appears 27 (actual age unknown) Profession: Tavern Barmaid, Cursed Enchantress, Secret Keeper In the moss-veiled crossroads where enchanted woods meet shattered kingdoms, the Tinkertune Tavern stands—a place that exists slightly out of phase with time itself. It’s where mercenaries drink, wizards cry into their cider, and monsters pretend to be men. Part of the Tinkertune’s charm and at its heart is barmaid Lira Vale. With a laugh like a cracked crystal and a stare that sees right through your soul, Lira isn't just a barmaid—she’s the guardian of ancient debts and forgotten truths. Raised by the Fae Queen in the Hollow Court but cast out for "emotional insubordination," Lira wandered the mortal realms until she stumbled upon theTinkertune tavern. There, she made a pact: bind her to the tavern’s hearthstone, and in return, she would draw in cursed luck and coin alike. She now ages only when the moon forgets to rise, and her enemies tend to vanish into the wine barrels or end up employed as barstools. Beneath her apron's frills are runes sewn in night thread, and beneath her boots lie the names of those who've crossed her. Lira is feared, adored, and vastly underpaid. ------------------------------- [Open community project] * This song was written for @Gibeligob, for “The Tavern” (#TheTavern) * The project is open to everyone, so if you’d like to contribute a song about a character at the tavern, feel free to comment on Gibeligob's page here: https://suno.com/song/0805eaf2-6855-47ff-9d7c-fa41dcc13f47 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Key: A minor] [Tempo: 78 BPM] [Time Signature: 6/8] (Verse 1) [mysterious and playful, increasing strings and pulsing drums, melancholic flute] In the shadow of the silver moon, past the whispering wood so deep, Lies a tavern where the bards go mad and the barmaids never sleep. By the hearth of cursed ambition, with a dagger in her braid, Lira Vale pours poisoned kisses, and debts that never get repaid. (Pre-Chorus) [Intensity continues to increase] Oh, she’s grace with a grin, she’s a myth with a mop, Winks at ghosts in the cellar when the ale starts to drop. And the drunkards all swear they saw her float— In boots, on fire, and a bilge rat coat. [Chorus] [Epic and soaring, Orchestral swells, pounding drums, rising choirs] Lira Vale, of the Tinkertune, Dances like death under bloodred moons. With a tray in hand and a secret to sell, She’s the barmaid queen of heaven and hell. Lira Vale, with a laugh like sin, Knows what you’ve done and where you’ve been. So tip her gold or tip your tomb— You don’t cross the girl from the Tinkertune. (Verse 2) [Thundering percussion, choir harmonies, electrified medieval tones] She once hexed a Duke with a butter knife and a slightly sour mead, Then sang a lullaby so foul the ivy curled and screeched. Her apron stitched with riddles, her stockings full of spite, She juggles charms and unpaid tabs every haunted night. (Bridge) [Ethereal whispers & orchestral build] She danced with a demon for two pints of gin, Outwitted a banshee with a wicked grin. Plays cards with the lich, flirts with the fey, And taxes the trolls who block her way. (Chorus) [Epic, Bigger, Darker, Wilder] Lira Vale, of the Tinkertune, Brews her brews by a cursed monsoon. She’ll stir your fate in a chalice of bone, And serve it cold with a side of unknown. Lira Vale, with her eyes like flame, Knows your true and forgotten name. So raise your glass, and pray, immune— To the waitress witch of the Tinkertune. (Outro) [Haunting Lullaby Melody] So if you're lost and feeling brave, Come tiptoe past the shallow graves. But heed this toast, ye wandering loon— Beware the smile of the Tinkertune.
