[Verse 1] A farmer walks in the breaking dawn, Scatters the seed, then he carries on. He lays down his head when the daylight ends, Wakes to the morning and the cycle begins. He is not quite sure how the miracle grows, Or what lies beneath what the cold earth shows. But deep in the darkness, life has begun, A work of the Father that cannot be undone. [Pre-Chorus] Day after day, through the night and the rain, Something is rising that no hand can explain. Though my eyes cannot see what Your power has planned, The seed is alive in the soil of Your land! [Chorus] Grow and grow, let the Kingdom grow! There's a life in the seed that the world can't know. First the blade and the ear, then the grain made whole, God's working in the darkness, bringing life to the soul! Grow and grow, let Your glory shine! Your Kingdom is moving in Your perfect time. I will sow and I will trust, so let the harvest come The work is Yours, O Lord, let Your will be done! [Verse 2] You plant the Word in the hearts of men, Some will reject it, some will turn back again. But where it takes root, where Your truth is received, A new life rises through the ones who've believed. Not by my strength, not by my command, I cannot make life spring up from the land. I can speak Your truth, I can faithfully sow, But only You make the seed grow from below. [Pre-Chorus] Day after day, though the progress is slow, You are faithful to finish the work You bestow. Though I cannot see, what tomorrow will bring, I trust the Lord of the harvest, my Savior, my King! [Bridge – Heavy Guitars / Half-Time Drums] I cannot command the rain to fall! I cannot make the seed grow tall! But the Lord who formed the earth and sky Brings forth the life that money can't buy! The blade! The ear! The grain appears! The harvest comes as the season nears! And with ripe grain, the sickle swings— The King will gather what His mercy brings! [Breakdown – Spoken / Powerful] “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground…” Mark 4:26. We sow the Word, wait on His time. Trust the Lord and His harvest, Because it belongs to the Divine! [Final Chorus – Full Band] GROW AND GROW, LET THE KINGDOM GROW! Let the living Word take root and show! First the blade and the ear, then the grain made whole, God's working in the darkness, bringing life to the soul! GROW AND GROW, LET YOUR GLORY SHINE! All creation moves by Your design! I will sow and I will trust, so let the harvest come! All glory to the Father, through His victorious Son! [Outro – Guitars Fade into Acoustic] I sow the seed… You give the increase. I trust Your Word… I rest in Your peace. Until the harvest comes, Your work goes on My God, my King, my daily Song.
