only in the snow

Oh when it snows Faces glow Cheerful cheeks rosy red Oh when flakes fall Outside calls: “Hurry! Fun lies ahead” The world for a day stops its spin Every heart’s like a kid’s heart again Snowballs of white Squeezed in hands tight Piles of smiles - Ready throw! That’s what happens in the snow Sled pulled up hill Prepared for thrill 3-2-1 - Ready go! That’s what happens in the snow Could every day be this way? No! It only happens in the snow Oh when it snows Time slows, Moments frozen in time Oh when flakes whirl, Snowglobe swirl, Magic falls from the sky The world for a day stops its spin Every heart’s like a kid’s heart again Rolled tight to pack In 3-high stacks Add scarf, cap - carrot nose That’s what happens in the snow On ground outstretched Wave overhead arms and legs - Angel’s pose That’s what happens in the snow Could every day be this way? No! It only happens in the snow Oh when it snows Faces glow Cheerful cheeks rosy red Oh when flakes fall Outside calls: “Hurry! Fun lies ahead” The world for a day stops its spin Every heart’s like a kid’s heart again Oh when it snows Time slows, Freezing moments in time Oh when flakes swirl, Snowglobe world, Magic falls from the sky Could every day be this way? No! It only happens in the snow The world for a day stops its spin Every heart’s like a kid’s heart again Could every day be this way? No! It only happens in the snow Oh, oh - Only in the snow
