The Last Notification 💥 🪽

V5.5

No one planned the end of the world. Everyone planned just one more conference. Just one more summit. Just one more statement. Just one more calculation, whether it was more profitable to act, or to pretend that this still wasn't the moment. Then that moment passed. There was no more Europe. There was no more Asia. There was no more America. There were only maps, which suddenly became history. Satellites fell silent. The internet died. Stock markets closed forever. Borders ceased to exist. Not because people made peace. Because there was no one left to guard them. The sky glowed a different color. Rain stopped being just rain. Forests turned into black skeletons. Rivers carried more ash than life. The seas washed ashore what humanity never wanted to see. Cities no longer had names. Only coordinates on old servers that no one could power on anymore. The bunkers opened. Not to save the world. But so their occupants could see that the world had already left. On Mars, the oligarchs discovered that money can't buy air. Dying of radiation sickness, the politicians discovered that the last statement doesn't stop the last missile. And those who had spent years saying, "It's not our war." finally realized that war never asks whether you're interested. In the end, there were no winners. There were no great powers. There were no superpowers. There was only a planet that outlived humanity. And silence. The kind that will never again be interrupted by another notification.
