[Verse 1] Woke up this morning sun shining in Decided to take my truck for a spin Rolling down a gravel back road My f 150 was in cruising mode [Verse 2] Pulled over ran into a ditch So I decided to make a list Of what I wanted in a man [Chorus] So I called triple a god i got a dud Told them I was stuck in the mud So God's gift to women shows up With a fake smile all charmed up He could solve my problem with a kiss So I checked him off the list Caught him checking out my assets That's when I told him to get [Bridge] Looking for a man loving and kind With honesty and respect one of a kind Don't have to be rich just trustworthy With a good heart not too flirty [Guitar solo] [Verse 3] So as many had tried and failed I began to think my ship had sailed One by one they came up short Although I tried to be a good sport [Verse 4] Suddenly like a breath of fresh air A country boy in a 55 Chevy belair He came rolling in out of the mist He not only met but exceeded my list [Chorus] [Verse 5] There are still some good men So make a list let the hunt begin For a man whose love is strong And maybe your life will last long [Chorus] [Fade to end]
