The First Time

[Verse] When we were young And our hearts they ran on open flame When all our days were bright And our skies never rained When our souls they knew no shame That's when I knew you My dear [Chorus] I will always remember That first time That first time That first time We said "I love you" The first time That first time That first time We held hands The first time That first time That first time We kissed The first time That first time That first time [Verse] When the moon hung high And our stars were all aligned When I knew you You were mine We had nothing but time When our souls were intertwined That's when I knew you My dear [Chorus] I will always remember That first time That first time That first time We said "I love you" The first time That first time That first time We held hands The first time That first time That first time We kissed The first time That first time That first time [Bridge] Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh [Chorus] I will always remember That first time That first time That first time We said "I love you" The first time That first time That first time We held hands The first time That first time That first time We kissed The first time That first time That first time
