#TAKE HIS HAND Sometimes I look at someone And wonder how they shine How they lift a room with just a smile And make the darkness light You can see it in their kindness You can hear it when they pray You can feel that Jesus walks beside them Every single day And I’ve asked myself a thousand times Why can’t I be that way? Then I hear a quiet whisper Reminding me again Take His hand and walk the road [Harmony: Walk beside Him] Trust the One who knows where it goes [Harmony: He will guide you] You don’t have to be somebody else [Harmony: You are enough] Just be who He made you to be [Harmony: Just be who you are] Keep your eyes on Him above [Harmony: Look to heaven] Let your life be filled with love [Harmony: Let love lead you] You may never know the hearts you reach Just live the life He gave you And make Jesus proud of me [Harmony: Let your faith shine] I used to think that shining Meant everybody had to see Some perfect kind of picture Of who a Christian ought to be But maybe faith is quieter Than the world would have me think Maybe it’s the helping hand Or the moment someone needs And I don’t have to chase a light That somebody else can see If I’m walking close beside Him He’ll make His light shine through me Take His hand and walk the road [Harmony: Walk beside Him] Trust the One who knows where it goes [Harmony: He will guide you] You don’t have to be somebody else [Harmony: You are enough] Just be who He made you to be [Harmony: Just be who you are] Keep your eyes on Him above [Harmony: Look to heaven] Let your life be filled with love [Harmony: Let love lead you] You may never know the hearts you reach [Harmony: Seeds are growing] Just live the life He gave you And make Jesus proud of me [Harmony: Let your faith shine] I don’t need to know How far my footsteps go Or how many lives I’ll change [Harmony: He knows the harvest] I’ll just keep holding on When the road gets hard and long And call upon His name [Harmony: He will be near] If one heart finds hope If one soul feels loved If someone sees His grace in me [Harmony: Grace is shining] Then I’ve done enough [Harmony: That is enough] I’ll leave the rest to Him And let Him lead me where He will Take His hand and walk the road [Harmony: Walk beside Him] Trust the One who knows where it goes [Harmony: He will guide you] I don’t have to be somebody else [Harmony: I am enough] I’m becoming who He made me to be [Harmony: Becoming whole] Keep my eyes on Him above [Harmony: Look to heaven] Let my life be filled with love [Harmony: Let love lead me] I may never know the hearts I reach [Harmony: Seeds are growing] But I’ll live the life He gave me [Harmony: Faithfully] With His hand there next to me [Harmony: He walks with me] I’ll take His hand [Harmony: I will follow] And walk where He leads [Harmony: He will guide me] Wherever this road goes [Harmony: I won’t fear] That’s where I wanna be [Harmony: Right beside Him] I’ll keep praising His name [Harmony: Let praise rise] And trust His plan for me [Harmony: He is faithful] All I really want to do [Harmony: One desire] Is make Jesus proud of me [Harmony: Let my life shine] Make Jesus proud of me [Harmony: Let my life shine] I’ll take His hand [Harmony: I will follow] And walk where He leads [Harmony: He will guide me]
