I will gaze with eyes, lamps burning so bright, For in their clear light, my path takes its flight. Healthy vision casts, a radiant glow, Illuminating truths, the scriptures bestow. I will judge with care, righteous in sight, Loving neighbors as self, in love's pure light. For in God's vast love, all things intertwine, Heart, soul, and strength, in harmony align. I will gaze upon the sky, discerning true, As Christ spoke of rain, and the signs to construe. In repentance deep, darkness I quell, Extinguishing shadows where they dwell. Embracing the light, in every stride, With God's word as guide, in love I confide.
