You Shine So Bright

You Shine So Bright The time and place for everything to turn, turn, and shift The giving tree is also the tree of forgiveness, turn, turn, and shift We move on into and on; to burn so bright making you shine gleaming The shadow of the candle lit darkness, the casting of the flame shimmering Flickering and shine, you can hold my light, I’ll keep it yours with mine Compacting light upon light forming a ball of chi Burn bright luminous and the universe demands us to give our authentic selves Beyond the distorted personality, artforms of poetry, shiny things the crow brings A nest full of golden rings, one old broken piece of mirror, silver ribbons Listening to Coyote howl, her spirit bows and I bow to her Mother Nature Butterflies, flutter byes, as we listen to the birdies sing, caw caw calls the crow calls after Woven women of waves, lift us up to the crest, I am watching you being brave Like a wave she shares her rhythm with the water, a wave in her very own pattern She burns bright, many moons will pull her tides keeping her cycles in circle Sitting together on the swing, holding hands and drinking and smiling Fall has said soo long to summer, Fall is pregnant with winter, seasons change You put on the golden ring, and it sparkles when you sing You took the daytime and made it shine, with a woman’s touch You taught me to organize, prioritize, and revise my relationship to realize The higher we get the more I look into your bright eyes You Shine So Bright
