[Verse 1] Start spreading the news, he says he's supreme. The outspoken boast ain’t what it seemed. Numbers show the turnout wasn’t what he claimed. Half the damn voters don’t recall his name. He said the virus would fade like a dream. Then the headlines rolled with a harsher scene. Talked disinfectant like it cleans inside. Words on the camera that he can’t hide! [Chorus] He’s not what he says! He’s not what he claims! Start spreading the news! Truth don't play his games. The words that he spits, They ain’t what they seem. Cut through the lies! See what they mean! [Verse 2] Called the election a landslide win. Courts checked the files, ain’t nothing within. Claimed turbine blades gave the people a fright. Not a shred of proof in the cold daylight. The wall that he built from end to end? Most of it was parts that were already penned. Saved the lost jobs before he even came? The facts do not match the glory he claimed! [Chorus] He’s not what he says! He’s not what he claims! Start spreading the news! Truth don't play his games. The words that he spits, They ain’t what they seem. Cut through the lies! See what they mean! [Bridge] Check the tape. Read the file. Nothing but a salesman. Nothing but a smile. TEAR IT DOWN! [Guitar Solo] [Chorus] He’s not what he says! He’s not what he claims! Start spreading the news! Truth don't play his games. The words that he spits, They ain’t what they seem. Cut through the lies! See what they mean! [Outro] Cut through the lies. Start spreading the news. ©2026 Trevor Swistchew. All rights reserved.
