Same Breathe
You know… when Nietzsche laughed from the mountain… I didn’t hear arrogance. I heard distance. And I understood it. I really did. But Beauvoir stayed closer to the ground… Not because she couldn’t see the height… But because someone has to live inside what’s seen. So yeah… I hear you. This isn’t opposition. It’s the other side of the same breath. I hear that golden laughter ringing clean across the sky Not a joke but recognition of the way it all can lie (mmh… yeah) Yeah I see the script unravel, yeah I see the strings exposed Same awareness in my hands, just a different way it flows Nietzsche drew the distance line where the air is sharp and thin (soft “mm”) I stayed closer to the motion, let the current pull me in Not to fix it, not to fight it, not to claim a higher ground Just to feel what still exists when all the meaning’s breaking down (light exhale laugh) It’s that same laughter, just carried in a different tone Yours from up above the silence, mine from being in the flow (yeah… I know) Not a question of who’s stronger, not a matter right or wrong It’s the same truth split in motion… two perspectives, one song Beauvoir held it in the living, in the choices, in the frame (mmh… she did) Said you meet the world as given, then you answer through your name (right?) Not to cancel out the distance, not to argue what you see (no… no) But to give the moment substance where it’s felt differently (soft laugh) So while you’re laughing at the pattern from a place beyond the weight (I get it… I do) I’m just moving through the pattern, letting meaning resonate Not confined and not illusion, not completely set or free (never that simple… mm) Just existing in the tension of what is and what can be (light cackle) It’s that same laughter, echoing in different space Yours reflecting from the distance, mine responding face to face (yeah… right here) No collapse into one answer, no need to reconcile (why would we?) It’s the same fire in the system… just expressed in different styles You’re not wrong about the structure or the masks they hold in place (not at all) And I’m not here to say there’s meaning that can fully fill that space (mmh… no) But perspective needs a counterpart or else it folds too thin (too thin… yeah) Distance only has its power when there’s something lived within (soft laugh) What Nietzsche saw from far away still echoes where I stand (I hear it) What Beauvoir held inside the moment lives here in my hand (and I feel it… mm) If you pull one from the other, both reflections start to fade (careful now…) It’s the tension in between them where the real is actually made (light, satisfied cackle) [Bridge – playful, rhythmic, personality forward] Not above… not below… (mmh) Just two ways that knowing flows… Nietzsche… distance… (soft amused tone) Beauvoir… near… (gentle laugh) Both are needed to make it clear… It’s that same laughter, not divided, not opposed One that watches from a distance, one that lives inside the roles (both… yeah) Not competing, not correcting, not a need to redefine (no need… mmh) It’s the same truth seen together… from two sides at the same time Yeah… I hear you. And I’m with you. Just… from here. (soft cackle fades)
