[verse 1] Give to Jehovah, sons of light, Give glory, strength, and holy might. Ascribe the glory due His name— In beauty bow before His flame. [verse 2] The voice of God is on the seas; The God of glory thunders peace. Jehovah's voice in power speaks, Majestic in the storm it peaks. [verse 3] The voice of God breaks Lebanon, And shakes the cedars one by one. He makes them leap like calves in flight, Like wild young ox in mountain height. [verse 4] The voice of God splits flames of fire, It shakes the desert in its ire. It makes the wilderness to reel, The earth beneath His voice must kneel. [verse 5] The voice of God makes hinds give birth, And strips the forests of the earth. Within His temple all proclaim: “All glory to Jehovah’s name!” [verse 6] Jehovah sits above the flood, Enthroned as King, and always good. He gives His people strength again, And blesses them with peace. Amen.
