[verse 1] I had a dream Of a fantastic flying machine Oh what a sight Filled me with glee I took a flight In that bomb-bastic flying machine Oh what a feelin Such ecstasy [verse 2] In my dream With that electric flying machine I lifted off And gave a cheer Took to the air In that eclectic flying machine Had a grin From ear to ear [chorus] Up, up, and a here we go Free as the wind blows, to and fro I'm high above my lowest lows The heavens set my heart aglow Up, up, and a one, two, three Here in the sky's where I wanna be I'm flying high and feelin' keen With my fantastic flying machine [verse 3] I saw a bird From my fancy flying machine He overheard My cheerful song That little guy Landed right on my flying machine And in a short while He sang along [whistling solo] [woodwinds solo] [verse 4] Now I'm a hit With my faithful flying machine I'm the talk Of the whole dang town I'll never quit On this fantastic flying machine There's nothing that Could keep us down! [verse 5] We'll see you there Down beneath my flying machine Lookin' up Saying hello I'm waving back From my fantastic flying machine What's across the horizon I've gotta know [chorus] Up, up, and a here we go I'm fired up, let's start the show My subconscious always knows How to heal my earthly woes Up, up, and a one, two, three Look out below, it's only me I'm soaring up here, so serene In my fantastic flying machine [chorus] Up, up, and watch out now! Floating along, don't ask me how This might just be a slumber land But I'll be back again and again Up, up, up, Geronimo! The engines hot, it's time to go! Polished to a golden sheen My fantastic flying machine! Fantastic flying machine Fantastic flying machine Fantastic flying machine
