I’m Akemi. Even at this age, I’m still the same old troublemaker—an aspiring delinquent musician. Today I went out for cherry blossom viewing with the people from my music agency. Normally I hardly ever hang out with them, but I figured, hey, once in a while isn’t so bad. The crew was Jennifer, who came from another world, Ako the rapper and folk singer, Aya the selfish Gen-Z girl, and Sofia the forest spirit. We were having a pretty good time at the cherry blossom party when suddenly some mysterious middle-aged guy behind me ate my fried chicken! Hey… fine then! Let’s settle this with a guitar battle! Huh? Wait a second… this guy is insanely good at guitar. Who the heck is he? When I looked closer at his face… it turned out to be my dad. I had just run into my father—the one who left home ten years ago and never came back.
