Heart of the Forest (Afro Deep Mix) I

I wake up where the shadows are tall I am the echo in this wooden hall My home is the Deep Dark Forest, you see The roots and the vines are a part of me I don't need a stage, I don't need a light I move with the rhythm of the endless night I fall and I catch the wind in my hand My body’s a language you can’t understand Twisting and turning, a ghost in the leaves... In the Deep Dark Forest, I flow. In the Deep Dark Forest, I flow. A sharp contraction, a breath on the floor I am the keeper of the secret door My feet know the moss, my skin knows the cold A story of movement that’s never been told Silence is heavy, but my spirit is loud Wrapped in the mist like a silver shroud Dancing the sorrow that the winter weaves Gravity holds me, then lets me go... In the Deep Dark Forest, I flow. In the Deep Dark Forest, I flow. Release... Contract... The trees are watching. I am the art. This is my stage. Deep Dark Forest. In the Deep Dark Forest, I flow. In the Deep Dark Forest, I flow.
