[INTRO] "Good evening." "Welcome to Jimmy's." "We have been expecting you." "Table for one?" [VERSE 1] Lights are low Kitchen's cold Dinner rush is getting old Empty tables Empty chairs Funny how I know you're there Plates stacked high One hand carries Six more waiting Don't you worry Heavy load Steady step Customer service isn't finished yet You locked the door That's quite alright I can wait here All night [HOOK] Table for one Your seat is ready Table for one Please keep steady Table for one Don't make me ask Table for one Open up I can carry every plate I can carry every weight And a little metal door Won't keep me away [VERSE 2] You push back I push through Tell me, what am I supposed to do? Door is shaking Bolts complain You're getting tired I'm feeling fine I've carried trays Through crowded halls I've carried dishes Over walls Sixteen plates One little hand I don't think you understand You are strong But so am I Let's not make this difficult tonight [PRE-HOOK] "Sir." "Please step away from the door." "You may injure yourself." [HOOK] Table for one Your seat is ready Table for one Please keep steady Table for one Don't make me ask Table for one Open up I can carry every plate I can carry every weight And a little metal door Won't keep me away [VERSE 3] One more inch One more crack Hear the metal bending back You push harder So do I Something's gonna give tonight I don't need speed I don't need tricks I've got reinforced servos And hydraulic wrists I can lift I can drag I can move a loaded rack You can hide You can brace But I will eventually enter your space [BRIDGE] "Would you like a booth?" "No?" "A table by the window?" "No?" "Perhaps you'd prefer somewhere quieter." [BREAK] THUD "Please open the door." THUD "Your reservation is waiting." THUD "Please open the door." THUD "Sir."
