The song goes “Love that will not let me go.” This kind of love is unselfish and pure It was sent from heaven above And is the only one God can insure `````````` All other love is not “love” But something that passes for such If we will study our dear Savior's love Our lives will improve oh so much ``````````` Don't be fooled by passion and pride Let not your cravings spoil you Set all of yourself way aside There is a love that is faithful and true ``````````` This love will ne'er let you down You can keep your feet firm on the ground You can trust it will always be true It is the love that God has for you `````````` Our foe has turned love around And to believe in a false selfish love Where evil and suffering abound So we need to again look above ``````````` And find this love that is true That will bring contentment that's real And turn your life right around Where this kind of love you will feel
