Summer Feeling

[Intro] [percussive ukulele and mandolin high pitched with acoustic guitar strumming with backbeat slaps] [Verse 1] [tenor raspy male vocals] I’ve been playing this ballad that reaches to us all Passing good vibes around us straight from the heart and soul My favorite song that I know I’m gonna play it through the summer like the summer never ends Rhythm taking over all my friends My favorite song that I know I’m gonna play it with a summer smile that never ever ends No fancy words, just humming with my friends [Chorus] [guitars intensity increases enter percussion with kick drum and claps add tambourines] It takes me back to the days when we were very young Laughing, singing, and dancing to songs that we had sung My favorite song that I know We’d sing it loud and hot so that the summer sun would never end Side by side with all my childhood friends My favorite song that I know [Bridge] Oh, now I know that it is easy to see It’s coming from deep in my soul Oh, the love we share is making its way It’s making its way to the soul Making its way to the soul [Outro] My favorite song that I know I’m gonna play it for my friends all summer that will never end We pass the drinks and cool off in the sand My favorite song that I know I’m gonna play it with a summer smile that never ever end No fancy words, just a rhythm with my friends My favorite song that I know I’m gonna let you know the good vibes and the laughter never end Throw the towel take another swim my friend My favorite song that I know I’m gonna tell you that the summer just will never ever end The surfers come in surfing round the bend My favorite song that I know I’m gonna tell you that the summer feeling never ever ends Sunny love before and now, my friend My favorite song [final percussive guitar slap]
